If you don't think your practice is profitable enough to transition, that is the time to create a plan that brings clarity to creating that profitability.

The first thing you want to do is to have an Outside-In Assessment. In that assessment, we're going to identify the levers that you need to pull in your business that will create profitability. And working in alignment with you, we will lay out a plan to drive profitability, and we will do that one metric at a time. We're going to create systems so that you can have this in place moving forward.

We will also show you the change in value, so that you have a target that you are working towards and can see it from the start of your work.

Transcript lightly edited for readability.
