Hello, this is Paul Martin, founder and president of Martin Healthcare Advisors. And what I want to lay out for you today is an introduction to an interview series that we're calling our Delphi series. This interview series will be with some of the leading CEOs of some of the largest and most successful physical therapy companies in the United States today. Let's jump in on this. So, first, right now, it's real important for all of you to have very clear industry insights into what's coming in the future.

And this is very much of an unpredictable market that we are in right now both economically as well as in the rehab sector. And so what this interview series is going to do is to give you information direct from these CEOs on what you need to know now. So what is the current market trends, current market situation? Well, there's rapid market change right now. You know, this includes not only industry changes but also economic changes and the traditional predictive models simply will not work as it relates to the changes that are going on today.

We need more. We need fresh perspectives again from the leaders in our industry. So our initiative here is again we're going to tap into these CEO insights because it's more important than ever today to do this and we're going to have a collection of industry understandings again from the most imp from the most persuasive CEOs in the country and this is going to go beyond just mere data. So, how does this deli technique actually work and how are we going to help it to work for you?

Well, we're going to organize varied opinions on three critical questions of these CEOs and their responses. We're going to continue to update that and analyze that as we go through different time periods. So, we're going to space some of these interviews out because this industry and this economic climate is changing sometimes on a weekly basis. And the goal is for us to give you the most precise market outlook available in the industry today. You know, we have a lot of challenges in this current industry. We have staffing challenges.

I don't have to go into that for all of you. You know, staffing increases in pay as well as shortage of physical therapists, major economic fluctuations, you know, so we just don't know what's coming. And this is all having a realworld impact on your businesses and that's why we want to give you this very fresh perspective on this. Now we have many bright spots in the industry today. First and foremost is there is a plethora of patients out there that have a dependency on our services.

More patients that are getting services out there today. Second, we are seeing and are hearing directly from our clients that they're actually having positive insurance negotiations. They've been knocking on that door. Finally, insurance companies have opened up and in some markets are seeing positive trends in terms of reimbursement and again we still have from an investor an investors perspective. This is still a very fragmented industry which makes it a very appealing industry for investors to come in and consolidate which gives you an opportunity if in fact you're looking to transition your company in the next upcoming months or the next upcoming years.

So what are we going to do with this data? Well, I'm sorry. What can you do with this data? Well, first you can utilize this to assist and create an informed plan for your future. So you can use this data to help you create a plan for your future. Second, we really believe that when you are in an analysis mode, and we see this all the time with the analyses that we do with companies, is that there are hidden opportunities to improve your operations, financial performance, certainly first and foremost clinical, and that will add value.

And then finally, it's going to give you the opportunity to see this industry through the eyes of these CEOs and allow you to literally embrace the potential that this industry has. For some reason, these CEOs have the ability to pop their heads up and look around the entire country and hopefully they will be able to give you actionable insights on what predictions they have for the future and strategies that you can take. All right, we are now going to unlock the three major questions that we're going to analyze based on the CEO interviews that we're going to do.

First question is how do you Mr. CEO perceive the current trajectory of the M&A the merger and acquisition landscape in the rehab industry and what do you think are the key factors that are currently driving these changes? That's the first question. Secondly, considering the prevailing economic trends, they're not positive right now. What's your projection? Mr. CEO of the longevity of the downturn in economic trends in the rehab sector. And third, for business owners who may be looking to sell in this downturn, what strategies would you recommend in order to put your business in the strongest market position?

Those are the three questions that we're going to ask. And again, we're going to analyze the results of this and then you're going to get the benefit of being able to not only watch these interviews, but then see the analysis behind these interviews. So again, this is my introduction to our Delphi series. I'm excited about this. I hope you are. If you have any questions about this or would like to contribute in any way, click below and let's talk. Thanks. I look forward to talking to you in the very near future.
