NY Physical Therapy & Wellness, a private and therapist-owned practice with 16 clinics across Long Island, Queens and the Bronx, was acquired by JAG-ONE Physical Therapy. The locations continue to provide outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, neurological rehabilitation and PT at home services under the JAG-ONE brand.
